Here at Smithy Mushrooms, we have been perfecting the methods and conditions to grow award-winning produce which we also dry on site.

We are able to grow exotic mushrooms every day of the year and offer Oyster available fresh (and dried!) all year round. And when dried, with a 6-month shelf life, these are perfect for someone who wants to add a boost of mushroom to another recipe.

Shipping

Orders will be despatched same day if placed before 12:00 noon Monday- Thursday. Orders placed between 12:00 noon on Thursday and 12:00 noon on Monday will be despatched on Monday. Deliveries will be made by a third party courier within 1-7 days of despatch depending on your location. Orders will not be despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays. Please contact us if your order has not arrived in these timescales.
